Planned Unit Development (PUD) Application from EDENS LLC in support of review and approval to re-zone 1270 4th Street, NE. In total, approximately 420 to 520 residential units (containing approximately 368,400 gross square feet of residential space) with approximately 39,600 gross square feet of retail will be created as a result of this project. The project will contain a total of approximately 408,000 gross square feet, and have a height of 110 feet. The project is scheduled to go before the Zoning Commission on December 18.
