Mayor Bowser is ordering a citywide curfew for the District of Columbia from 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, June 1. She has also activated the DC National Guard to support the Metropolitan Police Department.  https://twitter.com/MayorBowser/status/1267230528002023425.

The Capitol Hill Business Improvement District sent a recommendation to their businesses on behalf of DC Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency (HSEMA) and the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) that businesses consider “pausing” all service tonight, specifically outdoor dining.

In addition, the BID says, the Mayor encourages all businesses to remove or to bring inside all patio equipment, planters, construction equipment, supplies, dumpsters, and any other objects that can be removed.
