And here’s a rendering of concepts for Parcels G1 and G2 of Brookfield Properties’ The Yards West at 100 Potomac Avenue, SE, on a site currently occupied by DC Water.  It lies east of the ball park and south of the Yards on the water front.  The developer told ANC6D last Tuesday night that 8% of the residential units will be affordable at 80% of AMI and 30% will be split equally at 30% AMI and 60% AMI.
