    It is unclear which buses are being talked about: The Metrobus, the Circulators? And which lines?

    Concerning “8th Street SE at G Street SE: Consider future consolidation to 8thStreet SE at L Street SE if low ridership persists.”
    this would mean that there is NO bus stop from Eighth and D until Eighth and L, ie no bus stop on Barracks Row. That seems very extreme.
