Mayor next to cut ribbon on private driveway?
As Senator Franken has noted recently, “there is some irony here.” The city gave ownership of this section of C street to the developers and the Mayor is now going to commemorate the action with a ribbon cutting ceremony. C Street is a private way available to the public only when convenient to the Hine ownership.
